Puppy Information
We are breeders of AKC Bull Terriers and Miniature Bull Terriers and will occasionally have pups available to approved homes. All of our dogs are fully health tested before being considered for breeding. This doesn't necessarily guarantee that our dogs will be free of all illnesses and inherited diseases, but it does greatly enhance these possibilities. Owning a Bull Terrier or a Miniature Bull Terrier will require your dedication on frequent and lifelong health testing to ensure the best possible life for your new best friend. Before considering a BT or a MBT as your next breed of dog, please ask yourself if you are able to afford the recommended bi-annual health screenings.
We generally breed one or two litters per year. Our main focus is to produce healthy dogs with stable temperaments that adhere to the AKC breed standard. Our priority is to place our puppies into homes that are geared toward breed involvement, typically, conformation events. We want the very best for our pups future and hope to mold their new owners into dog fanciers. On occasion we may have puppies or retired adults available to companion homes.
Our puppies will not be placed into their future homes before the age of 9 weeks. At that point they will have already received their first set of vaccines, wormed at 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 weeks of age. DNA tested for PLL, LP and LAD. BAER tested, micro-chipped, received a preliminary cardiac auscultation and initial check on patellas. All of our pups are raised in our loving home where our adult dogs and children help to socialize them. We charge $3500 for our MBTs and $2500 for our BTs, the price is not determined by whether the puppy will be show or companion potential. The same amount of hard work goes into each and every puppy we produce, therefore the price doesn't differ.
Once we can guarantee that a pup is available and all health checks are normal, we will require a non refundable deposit (approximately 1/3 of the total cost) to secure that pup. All of our pups are sold with a binding contract that ensures the protection of the puppy, breeder and the owner. All of our pups will strictly be sold on a co-ownership agreement. All companion pups will be sold on AKC limited status and progeny from them will not be registerable through the AKC.
